It’s a movie based on a bedtime story, so I don’t take it seriously. The acting is better than the script deserves.

It was interesting. The concept was really good but the writing failed it. The movie couldn’t decide what it wanted to be - meta commentary on movies? A fun fantasy story? A drama about grief and loss? A comedy? It tried to do all of those and failed to be anything special
