I wanted to watch India’s biggest early superhero blockbuster for a nostalgic weekend. I absolutely love this movie; it takes a huge, ambitious swing with incredible stunts.

What Worked:
• Hrithik perfectly shifts from vulnerable Rohit to the insanely athletic Krishna.
• Tony Ching’s wire-fu sequences and stunts honestly blew me away.
• Shah brings a menacing villain energy that makes the sci-fi stakes feel high.

The Friction:
• The mountain village first act really dragged for me.
• The Singapore early setting middle section felt like a goofy tourism commercial that stalled the plot.
• Priya manipulating Krishna for tv ratings made it hard to root for them at first.

Verdict:
I absolutely love this. Watch for an ambitious, stunt-heavy origin story. Skip if slow burns annoy you.

the effects are worse than I remembered. but despite that, the emotions portrayed in this one, just like the previous sequel, are so deep and touching.

I consider krrishna my childhood hero.
