John and the Hole Reviews

id have an easier time teaching a snail rocket science than explaining what the hell this movie was

The main storyline was alright, pretty unsettling. But the side story with the mother and daughter is so confusing. I keep trying to understand how it connects to the rest of the plot and I just can’t.

I put this on my watchlist because of Michael C Hall but it was more creepy and weird than I could have hoped for! I think the allegory leaned too far into the eccentric, but I still really liked it.

Unrealistic they did absolutely nothing to the teenager they didn’t get him counseling or give him any discipline just went on there normal lives that wouldn’t ended like that if that was a black or Mexican, family 🤨😟

2 / 10 ⭐️.

Visuals were great, characters were very dislikable and not able to get any sort of connection or depth with them, I got the meaning behind it all but felt it was extremely underwhelming and had a lot of unnecessary scenes.

Rather watch paint dry.

4/10 was a great advert for Durex though

Honestly cool but very strange take on the realization towards adulthood and responsibility that kids eventually have to face. I thought the acting was decent and of course loved the eerie aesthetics

Such a strange movie. The ending was weird, but honestly I just felt sad for the boy and kept trying to understand what he was going through.

⭐️⭐️⭐️

I LOST 2 HOURS OF MY LIFE SEEING THIS SHIT 🤡

4/10 purposefully leaving plot holes for audience interpretation is just lazy story writing

não tem história nenhuma, nada acontece durante uma hora e cinquenta minutos

????? Wtf just happened?

this was a creepy watch. mind bending

Slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow burn.

Super unsettling - the ending is not satisfying at all. Just a wtf moment

Definitely an unusual watch but would recommend. A few twists and turns

I walked away from this movie with too many unanswered plot points for me to actually like it 😭

It was super mad all right movie I guess do not understand the ending whatsoever

Kinda boring couldn’t finish the movie.
