Jane Austen's Period Drama

I thought this was very funny, loved the details, the names alone had me in hysterics. The acting didn’t bother me, I mean, it’s supposed to be an English period (no pun intended) “drama”, the acting is always forced. Such a clever little short.

2.7 - Am I the only person that found this insanely cringey instead of funny?

I didn’t hear a single laugh out of my theater but heard a few groans & know I rolled my eyes a couple times. Core idea is sweet enough I guess, but it felt like a bad sketch comedy show but instead of an Oscar nomination worthy short film. Highly questionable acting from some of the cast too.

The stark tonal shift between this and Two People Exchanging Saliva did this no favors either.
