Cosy, funny and refreshing adult comedy. I loved the dynamic between Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. It was genuinely hilarious, and felt very real as they navigated their messy relationship. Its balancing the comedy with some surprisingly touching moments as well.. perfect

Incredible film. It was so complicated. I am obsessed. It kept me guessing the whole time; had me wanting them together and also not wanting them together. The cast/acting was amazing. The story was so moving and made me emotional. I really enjoyed this, will be watching again.

It is complicated. Classic early 2000s movie, I appreciated the cinematography, the casting and I did like the story line. Felt conflicted about certain characters actions as the film progressed but I guess that’s the point.

Probably one of my favorite romcom of all time. Such a unique plot, a divorced couple end up having an affair together. Alec Baldwin and Marilyn Monroe are so good in this and of course Steve Martin is funny as ever. the directing and score are Nancy Myers Classics.

Meryl Streep is amazing in this movie. Her character is so fresh and fun and just so cool. Don’t know if this movie would be so good if it wasn’t for her. Very fun, sweet movie

Warm, funny, and effortlessly charming. Meryl Streep shines, Alec Baldwin is perfectly chaotic, and the whole thing feels like a cozy glass of wine on a Sunday night. Not deep, but definitely delightful. 🍷✨

So cute!!! I think I especially loved it because it feels like a movie my mother would love. And hey- John Krasinski is in it, so that’s a bonus.

Nancy Meyer movies make me feel at home and this movie was simple but in a way that feels warm the lighting and the interior designs really make this film more

when they started the affair, all i could think about when he was whispering in her ear was that he definitely said the same things to the woman he is cheating on, the same one he cheated with 10 years ago on the one he is cheating with now! i’m so glad he ended up alone lol

A Nancy Meyers production is always a hit! I mean it’s cosy, it’s romantic and it’s Meryl Streep, it couldn’t have been better! Recommend this with my heart.

A comfort film which has so much warmth and 2000’s nostalgia even upon your first watch

Total comfort film. Meryl Streep & Steve Martin high is absolutely something you never knew you needed but you will wish you had more & more.

This is such an enjoyable love (again) story, with an absolutely stacked cast! John Krasinski steals the show with his comedic timing even though there are already two great comedic leads! Though the cast is older, it doesn’t mean they don’t know how to have fun!
