⚠️HUGE TW⚠️.At first you’re like « what the hell ?? 🤨», then « oml 😟🤢», then « why am I watching this ??? » and finally « never gonna watch this again. Never. But woa 😔» and also very triggering (s.a +++++, violence +++, blood…) idk what to say was it good ? Horrible ? Both ?

No scandal, just a shit film.. Yet to see a good Gaspar Noe movie

In my opinion, this film is a very powerful and courageous piece of work. Noé was not afraid of negative criticism or even death threats from viewers. He knew exactly what he was bringing to the screen with this masterfully crafted film.

it’s not because your movie traumatizes people that it is good, shock value does not determine the quality of a movie it actually made me despise it

Wtf ?! The rape scene traumatized me forever. This film hurt me very, very badly. It's far too intrusive and disturbing. The story + the characters + the looping camera make you want to vomit. I wouldn't recommend seeing it - waste of time, it'll just traumatize you for nothing.

I don't want to say I love it but it's a great film highly distributing cool camera stuff and heartbreaking story and I'm probably never watching this shit again

i couldve only watch like for a little and i was about to throw up this is disgusting i absolutely fucking hate anyone who thought about making this movie and why tf they needed to put a fucking 10 minute extreme 🍇 and sa scene?who tf even asked for this , dont watch this

Ok idea, bad execution. The camera movement seems like a novelty at first, but gets really annoying the more and more it happens. The plot is one of the prime examples of the double standard of horror/intense filmmaking. Sexual violence is evil, while physical violence isn’t.

That scene made me sick. As a woman I feel real terror. The reality of what happens to us every day, babies, girls, teenagers, adults and old women, every second in every corner of the world, broke my heart and soul.

This movie was so jarring. Omfg. I liked the aesthetic for some of the scenes but the rest of the movie was so insanely stressful and horrific. It was kind of just all over the place and disgusting.

The cinematography was nauseating and the SA scene was too graphic and unnecessarily long. I liked the movie (justice was served) but I wouldn’t watch it again

I don't know how to judge this movie. He is disgusting, but the directors wanted these emotions from us. So maybe he's terrible and brilliant at the same time? I have something to say and I can think about this film for a long time, but the letter limit does not allow it.

TW: sexual assault, extreme violence ; although extremely graphic I think it’s meant to sharply contrast the sweet moments of the end. despite being similar in length, the violence is so horrifying it’s virtually never ending. Plays with concept of fate.

An awful movie. From the horrible camera angles that make you so dizzy you wanna puke, to the awful storyline. It’s just horrible & graphic.
