I’m shocked to say this, but I absolutely loved this short. I’m not someone who usually gets invested in documentaries, but this one made me cry multiple times. Both from how abundantly wholesome it was and from how much I cared about the children in it. It all just really worked

THIS IS SO GOOD! I was INVESTED in the success of this young girl. I was shocked how she was spoken to, and I was along for the ride of her emotional journey. You HAVE to watch this!

Ayame is adorable but the film was just meh
