it wasnt bad but i wish the ending went a different route. a little disappointing

The aim of making unlikeable characters was 100% achieved. Although they got too annoying at certain points, great casting? The acting was great, especially with the 'broken family' relationship. My 'issue' is the whole plot in general. I really liked the premise of what was happening in the world rather than in the house. I thought that was the direction it was heading in, especially with the first news scene, but everything changed at the dinner table. Not in a good way. Most of the sense flies out the window. I've seen too many nepo baby movies this year, and most missed the mark.

I wish the ending would have gone darker but really enjoyed the journey. Acting and directing were great. Weird plot which doesn’t seem all that weird the way this world is going. Fun to go in blind.

Really enjoyed this movie. The ending was kind of meh compared to the rest of the movie but overall it’s a win. Creative story, great acting, and entertaining to watch!

This film is not what I was expecting at all, and I really enjoyed it. This is a really interesting and intriguing story, with a good ending I thought. I think the best part of it was Colantoni. I think he’s a fantastic actor, and his performance in this was brilliant and I felt he gave the film that added extra something. Would definitely recommend.

Could have used some broader world building because I was more interested in what was going outside than in. I usually love dystopian films but this felt like “looking at a macro crisis through a micro lens”. Interesting concept but needed more reason to like the characters.

This is a really good film and it's scary how I can relate to it, I would have preferred a longer ending maybe 10-15 minutes more
