Incredible period movie, lots of sadness here but so well acted

The first 40 mins had me wondering WTH this movie was but it certainly picked up. The cinematography is beautiful & dammit if I don’t want to live at Howard’s End myself. I also liked the social commentary re: class differences except it didn’t quite

I love Emma so much

Great older movie. Emma Thompson was perfection and of course Helena Bonham Carter was superb! A must watch if you are fans of ether of them.
