Fun and entertaining, classic horror mystery

Recently found a love for old horror movies & have to say for it’s time. It definitely speaks for itself. Creepy but a good watch.

The skeleton used in film was a real human skeleton and was credited as himself at the end.

Castle’s gimmick was “Emergo,” a fake skeleton that flew over the audience in theaters.

Cassandra Peterson once said on Larry King Live (1985) that this was her favorite horror film.

good time, engaging plot. lots of over the top scream queen activities but yk it’s the 50s let the people have their fun

old movies will ALWAYS be classics

I liked this a lot. It's almost a comfort Horror movie. It's hoaky but interesting and Vincent Price is a treasure.

When it was funny it was fun to watch, but it definitely had a lot of slow moments in between the interesting parts. The actors chosen weren’t very good, except for the actress who played Vincent Price’s wife i thought she did great playing a subtle and stern character.

If you accept the fact that the movie was shot in 1959, it's really good. No wonder it's a classic

super cheesy and cliche but would be really fun to watch around halloween

Can’t believe I enjoyed this movie so much. Dated obviously but I wasn’t expecting the 3D AND 4D chess.

It felt like Clue but with ghosts

This is actually really funny and I don’t think it’s accidental. It’s witty with some nice eek moments (Mrs. Slydell) but overall, great character studies and a deliciously arrogant lead who gets a satisfying conclusion.

The scariest thing of all….marriage.

It was okay!
