High Noon

Felt like an hour of a guy running errands followed by a short climax of action. Grace Kelly was a looker, though.

Watched this for my English class. It was pretty good for the entire movie being buildup to the final scenes. Cool clock imagery, reminded me of Goncharov. The way they made a song for the movie but played it the whole time started to annoy me. The ending was kinda unsatisfying.

Mid for a class

Another great western, and this one builds tension very well. Gary Cooper stands his ground even when all the odds are against him and that town is filled with a bunch of pussies. Grace Kelly and Katy Jurado look damn good in here as well.
