Hellraiser: Judgment Reviews

Clearly inspired by Seven and Saw, this was actually one of the more watchable entries in the franchise as the inclusion of the auditor was pretty neat, and I liked the grungier and nastier vibes. However, the procedural side falls flat and the angel is stupid

Slightly better than I expected, but still bad.Mix of generic cop procedural, 7, and Saw. Had a dash of creativity.The cold open was pretty cool and I liked the Auditor. I thought the morality angle near the end was nonsensical and the Weinstein influence is sadly all over. Yikes

The concept is awesome, but the execution wasn’t perfect. I think if you can appreciate the characters and the lore you might like it!

Bored of the detective storyline though this one improved a bit. Interesting concepts with judge, jury and executioner but the movie was lacking camera wise and makeup effects. Decent pinhead look wise but misconceptions in these last two films. Heaven doesn’t belong like the OGs

WHAT DID THE DOG DO??!!

👍🏻 because I enjoyed the first half of the movie, particularly the judgement part. It was weird because it’s almost like the 2nd half had a new director (bad). Pacing and editing is off so it’s like two movies spliced together. Taylor wasn’t bad as pinhead but the makeup sucked.

i expressed the disgust and hate i have for this movie on letterboxd since queue unfortunately has a small character limit. dont waste your time with this garbage

Didn’t like it!

I enjoyed the interview guy and those interactions. I don’t like the rule change and the involvement of heaven.

Also it’s two movies mashed. The cop part was okay. Even the Hellraiser stuff was okay. The mash up was kind of meh. You could have had a decent flick here but nope.

Much better than the film before this, plot twist was good

I’ve watched all of the Hellraiser movies and I love them. Pinhead is a total badass.
