Hell of a Summer

It may not be a very original plot/story, but it entertained me and made me chuckle many times lol

It was aight lol. Some okay kills, some good jokes and a mostly threatening killer. Little shitty to try and push Finn Wolfhard as one of the main characters just cuz he’s popular when he barely has any screen time or relevance to the plot lmao. Wish it was gayer and more scary.

This was fucking stupid. Bad writing and lines. Annoying characters. Deaths were boring. This is every other camp slasher you have seen guised as a comedy because it’s just such crappy writing. Go watch something better.

I love teen summer camp slashers w a side of humor, so I was excited for this movie + the cast, but the it was a lil disappointing
The reveal of the killer was not surprising but I didn’t expect it.
The film was boring throughout the middle/end and was lost

It’s a fun movie with a relatively new concept, though it didn’t meet the comedy or horror elements enough for me. I think if it was revisited and reworked it could’ve been really cool, but it felt a little lackluster.
