i wanted to love this but i really couldn’t. i love hannibal and i was disappointed by the fact that this felt more like a war movie rather than one about his story. there should’ve been more scenes with mischa, since she’s the most important character.

Wasn’t the greatest but acting was ok over all.

Hannibal Rising? More like Hannibal Risible in this truly infantile film that conceives of Hannibal Lector as a superhero in his own origin flick. This tacky, hackneyed idea finds a tacky and hackneyed grammar to boot.

A bit too fast paced but a lot of good action and backstory for Dr. Lecter. A good addition to the series. The death of Hannibal and the birth of the Cannibal.

7/10, not the best but it was good. It didn't have the same vibe as the other Hannibal movies. It felt more like an action movie than a thriller.

Gaspard did well for a young Hannibal. Plot was good but I felt that they didn’t execute it well
