i was very pleasantly surprised with how good this was considering my fairly low expectations. it was an interesting concept with good twists and execution until the ending. the decision to have the flashback after the resolution does not make any sense and was terrible for the pacing. also the based on a true story style of this is where they are now felt out of place after this style of movie. overall worth the watch

Watched it for Daddy Theo and Aaron Taylor and was not disappointed by the face card🙂‍↕️ the movie was amazing, the plot thickened with each new twist to the storyline and it had you guessing if they will truly get caught until the end.
Overall 9/10

Ehhhhh, it’s alright, 6/10 has betrayal for your betrayal, but not enough fan service, jk that’s not what the movie is supposed to be about! lol Aaron Taylor-Johnson woooow. Idk, I think the plot was pretty boring, but it was at least relatively fast-paced. It was interesting to see all the puzzle pieces clicking into place. I was hoping to see a more traumatic reveal for the major's backstory, but it was pretty disappointing, like, oh, okay

Wholly unoriginal but pretty enjoyable. Non-existent characterizations; everything is in service of the plot. Entertaining first half with an all-over-the-place second. Presented with a QnA with Theo James (he’s even hotter in person)

Genuinely the most baffling 3rd act switch-up of all time. I have no clue how no one spoke out about how piss poor of a creative choice it was.

Not sure what’s happened to David Mackenzie since Hell or High Water, but his quality of films has taken a huge decline. To be clear, the first 2/3 of this film are fine - nothing special, but utterly watchable - putting it more in line with last year’s Relay, but it’s still a major step-down from what’s he proven capable of.

Worst case scenario, which it is, you get a fun Theo James performance - he gets to do an accent! Greek I believe - although you’d be forgiven for getting it confused with South African. Sam Worthington is wasted like he is everywhere and by everyone, except Cameron with the Avatar movies. Johnson gives an incredibly phoned in effort.

“A Sky Original” fits this film like a glove, it tries to merge two different concepts that simply don’t fit. If it kept to its original concept, this would have been a far, far better affair.

great heist film, remember seeing this on the plane but finally got to watch it at home.

a fun couch watch, good pacing until the flashback at the end threw me off. would’ve been better to keep it out or just start the film there.

kept me on my toes with the amount of plot twists, i kinda guessed will has something fishy going on as well as when the arab went to the roof to grab the original diamonds.

predictable but still unpredictable at times.

not an oscar nominee, but still a fun and enjoyable watch.

I only watched this for the big 3. It was underwhelming but theo james and aaron taylor definitely were not ;)

It was different than what I was expecting. I hadn’t seen a trailer when deciding to watch it. I just knew I wanted to see it for the actors in the film. There was definitely plenty of action along with mystery. Other than that, I don’t need to see it again. I did get a good chuckle out of the end credits.

So the guy betrayed the guys by teaming up with the guys betrayed by being part of the other group that ended betraying the other betrayals

I thirsted over aaron and theo the whole time but the movie itself wasn't that good

Keeps intensity, full of twists. I didn’t get the ending, they got away? but then it said one of them started a business since it’s based on a true story?

A UK heist film with a solid plot and fun twists as the crew betrays each other. It hints at deeper involvement but could’ve used more misdirection. The quick wrap‑up and forced flashback weaken it, and keeping the bright orange overalls during their escape is baffling. 7/10
