Man merkt diesem Film ganz stark die Inspiration durch den 1968 Film Barbarella an. Die Hintergründe und Inszenierung der Wachen, des Imperators oder der Vogelmenschen sind sehr davon inspiriert. Die größte Schwäche des Films ist wohl der Hauptcharakter der nicht überzeugen kann
