I’m convinced there wasn’t a script for this movie, just general story points and it’s just everyone ad-libbing. It’s a fun time if you don’t take it seriously.

Honestly, this one’s kind of a blast. Aykroyd doing the ultra-straight cop routine is hilarious, and Hanks is just doing his Hanks thing.. It’s goofy in that very ’80s way, but that’s part of the charm. Not perfect, but way more fun than I expected.
