Ferrari

Very boring, I walked out of the theater and asked myself why I bought a ticket to this movie. Some of racing scenes were cool but overall it wasn't great.

A moody biopic that isn't really about the cars. Very slow and only found the last 15 minutes interesting. Penelope Cruz is the only saving grace, adding some much needed laughter here and there. Special effects were awful and comical and couldn't help but laugh during the most serious parts of the film due to this.

5.3 - maybe it’s my recent sleep deprivation, but this was hard to stay focused on. A lot of great (Penelope Cruz, cinematography, racing scenes) intertwined with a lot of bad (Woodley’s accent, CGI, sound mixing) and without any real depth or urgency to keep me fully invested.

Interesting drama about a special event in the creator of Ferrari’s life. So it not that of a biopic but it has to do with a specific period in his life.
Overall I don’t care so much about cars but it was a great film.
