Definitely my favorite Johnny Depp movie ever! It might be a little slow and long for a younger audience but I love all the comedy and visual insanity.

Not really sure how to review it. It was very entertaining for pieces, and mid for the rest.
Feel like the movie left me behind, probably meant to, but still didn’t love that.

Acting, dialogue,visuals,music,&narration were all superb though. Depp was fantastic,& his narration 👍

Holy fuck what did I just watch

i’d have to watch it again. the first time i did, i was high out of my mind and had absolutely no idea what was going on.

Peculiar choice of style. Very artistic and creative, definitely one of a kind. I’m usually into this sort of stuff but it was just so nauseating for me. Overall, objectively it’s good. Not my cup of tea, honestly wish it was.

Nobody else could play Hunter. S. Thompson like Johnny Depp does, this movie is a hell of a fun ride with great visuals.

If you’ve never read Hunter S. Thompson, get on it! Gilliam makes an admirable attempt of bringing his insanity to life. Depp was the perfect actor and narrator.

This film was so weird and confusing; that is why I love it. It took me a while to realize that there was a plot involved in the movie; although, it seems like Raoul Duke and Dr. Gonzo had other plans.

This movie is fantastic and if ur on drugs it’s one of the best movies you can watch

Meh. I think you need to have already experienced a lot of the drugs he’s taken or be interested in drug to get it. It’s also riding this wave of obscurity the whole time which some people may like some may not. Idk it’s just alright to me but I know people who love it.

great soundtrack, cinematography effects and color were good. didn’t like the lucy bit. confusing but once you let go of trying to understand it was weird but fun
