Would’ve been way higher rated for me if it wasn’t for “margo” the main character. Not only was she bad at acting, she also caused all the bad things that happened to her. Never rooted so hard for a killer to win and rid the main character. Also “Sam” ruined it as well. Sigh.

What else could you ask for in a great Faces of Death remake? Surprisingly strong film about the internet’s morbid fascination/apathy toward extreme violence. Definitely a new classic horror watch!

i really liked the unique way they tied in the original movie to this one, i went in without knowing much about the plot so it surprised me
i also thought margot being a content moderator was interesting
the killer had BILLS TO PAY bro he was so good

well this was a delight! i’ve not watched the original and i enjoyed that they made it and it wasn’t the same at all. dacre really is good at playing bad guys

Great year for horror fans

Not particularly bad, not particularly great. Don’t really have much to say. I enjoyed it.

Faces of Death was an okay watch for me. The concept is definitely interesting, disturbing, and uncomfortable enough to keep you curious, but I wouldn’t say it completely lived up to its potential.

There are some genuinely unsettling moments and a few scenes that make you wonder where the movie is going, but the pacing and execution felt uneven at times. I kept waiting for it to really push me over the edge or deliver that unforgettable moment, and it never quite got there.

That being said, it’s different enough from your typical horror movie to be worth checking out, especially if you enjoy darker, more disturbing concepts. Not bad, not amazing—just an interesting, twisted watch that could have hit a little harder.

I really loved the premise of the movie. I just wish the film had been as gripping as its premise. Instead, I kept waiting for a hook that never came.

Also her stream/video upload at the end basically made her the new “Faces of Death”, which is ironic.

Really good movie. Creepy - especially as someone that did watch those movies growing up. Unique plot and interesting premise. Overall solid
