i was so excited when i first saw the trailer for thus film and don’t get me wrong, i really enjoyed it and i love Amandla, she’s a phenomenal actress. But this movie just lacked something for me? It was such a beautiful concept but it was so underwhelming in the end

Amandla Stenberg & Nick Robinson were absolutely amazing in this movie!! The layouts are somewhat different from the book but still it progresses well. It was so well made & is just one of those movies I can watch over & over & feel like i’m watching it again for the first time!❤️

Love , love, love! My favorite book and my favorite author since I picked up the book. The movie was also so perfect.

This was a really cute movie. It had SUCH A DRAMATIC plot twist but it's was very dry heartwarming. Like a real world fairytale. A girl in an ivory tower and a guy who moved in next door. I liked both characters and how they suited eachother other than that it's pretty standard I would defo watch again

I remember watching this in fifth grade and decided to rewatch it today, didn’t expect to hear Mac Demarco in here though. Honestly forgot how the ending to this movie went so a bit shocked with mother goose at the moment. “Every ocean deserves to be seen by you”

I loved this movie. It is kind of a cliche but I still like this genre. I loved the choice of actors they were chosen well

I don’t why but it was a confusing movie for me it’s probably because things happened too fast like I don’t know it was a sweet movie overall. Also Nick Robinson was 🤌🏻🤌🏻 but I didn’t like the quality of the movie ig. [lil spoiler alert] Yet I didn’t see the plot twist coming.. 👀

I love this movie so much. Took a huge turn rather than your typical sad romance movie. Love the change at the end.

the book was great!!! i love the story line!!! such a great plot and such a well executed romance!!!

watched this when it first came out and now i feel the need to rewatch it.
