just because something is abstract doesnt make it good. this shit doesnt make sense. david lynch was not thinking about no damn parenthood when he made this. clearly this dude is just mentally ill

I saw this at 12:30 in the morning and it was definitely that type of movie. This film feels like it does when you drink cough syrup and wake up in the middle of the night and see demons in your room. It has a great message, I just wish I knew what that is. Love David Lynch!

Lynch told us exactly what kind of artist he was right away. The soundscape of this film is full of deliberate choices, and the result is downright chilling. I don’t see enough people talk about it, but I believe it is the film’s most interesting quality.
