I wanted this to be great, but I ended up agreeing with Robert Ebert’s review instead. Disjointed exploitation and satire that doesn’t amount to anything in the end.

hilarious, whether that was intentional or not. worth it for laura dern and willem dafoe’s characters alone, with some fantastic music and absurdly chaotic moments. throw in outrageous amounts of sex and some not-so-subtle wizard of oz references and you have quite a film
