Not my favorite, I felt it was incomplete and didn’t really finish a lot of the plots. I had no idea what they were trying to convey lol

So underappreciated, it's a good movie!
It's a real shame that people talked about it online just because it didn't make “enough money” at the theaters..but hey, at least it caught my attention and I added it to my watch list. 🙃

Really wanted to like this but the story, the characters, the politics are just so twenty (?) years ago.

Couldn’t finish

Like it was fine but also like, waste of my time.

Got 40 minutes in, where is the plot? It’s a ramble about someone in American politics, with a bit of family drama, and random time jumps, but where is the story, what’s the point of anything happening? Can’t even be bothered to watch till the end.

We didn’t actually finish it bc it was just all over the place.

Not so bad

Like good and had some comedic yet real things about politics but also gave like for children idk. Without Emma Mackey, I probably would’ve stoped watching

Would watch again!
It has a wonderful 2000s feel to it and I haven’t been as mad at a man being stupid in a while, as I was watching this film.

Liked the acting but the plot just was kind of blah to me

Had high hopes for this because I'm a fan of Emma Mackey from her outstanding work on Sex Education and an otherwise fairly loaded cast, but this film was a total mess.

This movie is all over the place at times and the husband in this movie drives me insane. Actually both husbands in this movie drive me insane. But overall, I enjoyed this movie because it’s about finding your own strength.

Good, a little shaky at times. Overall, heartwarming

For a movie that didn’t get enough buzz online and such o expected this to be a certain level of bad but it actually wasn’t, I really genuinely enjoyed, like it’s not the best film in the world but it has plenty of redeeming qualities!

well. hmmm. ayo edebri fun and charming as always, i actually liked that storyline. everything about this was just sort of… befuddling. a kind of political optimism that just does not translate well right now. would’ve fared better in the obama era. hollow now

Not your typical political movie.. loved the way the story was told. Very sweet.
