Elemental

It has a VERY similar world to Zootopia, as well as focusing on race relations. But, at it’s core this is a romcom! The relationship between Ember and Wade very much drives this film, and does it well! Seriously, they had me blushing!

Do NOT let the weird ass TikTok adds stop you from seeing this movie. It is genuinely such a good heart warming film. Also side note I did not think that LITERAL WATER WOULD BE SETTING MY STANDARDS!!!!!

i really really liked this but something was missing… it was almost too predictable and had a watered down plot (ahahha).

It was fine. But for some reason I didn’t enjoy it all that much. Some enjoyable parts sure, but overall not a big fan of it. Looked cool but lacked for me.

Visually stunning, even if the story is a bit tired.

Elemental is hands down my favourite Pixar film. It’s so stunning, which explains why it took 7 years to make. But also, I really relate to Ember in a lot of way, and I’m so happy that she got her happy ending with Wade, whilst earning her father’s approval.
