I expected a gritty espionage thriller, but it leans way more into a globe-trotting romance with killer action.

What Worked:
The Bourne Identity stunt coordinators were an absolute game-changer. Seeing Salman and Katrina do raw, practical stunts gave it a gritty weight I loved. The global location scouting (the first Bollywood movie to videoshoot in Cuba!) makes it visually stunning. Their natural chemistry and Salman's old-school masculine gravity carry the film.

The Cuts:
Focusing so heavily on the love story meant the spy stuff took a backseat, so the middle part really dragged for me. Through my faith and flag conservative lens, I wasn't crazy about agents completely abandoning their national duty to go rogue. You can also feel the script rewrites; it awkwardly jumps between serious thriller and breezy rom-com.

Verdict:
A slick action-romance trading deep espionage for superstar chemistry.

Favorite Line: “Love that doesn't have a little madness isn't really love.”
