I don't know why but something somehow made me go back and change my rating
there's nothing particularly exceptional about this movie but I keep thinking about it anyway
I guess it reached a part of me I don't even know myself lol

really liked the beautiful color grading & palette of the equally beautiful shots in this film. magnificent gothic castle. good dracula casting. found the gargoyles to be a bit silly. maria has iphone face. instances of a quirkiness reminiscent of the ’05 charlie choco factory.

And speaking of movies that sound like horror but aren't, here's the love story of Count Dracula. Poor old Dracula has always been painted as the villain, but no, all he really wants is to be with his lady love.
