crazy how i’ve heard abt this man on socials and he now has a documovie. his routines are wild, the relationship with his son is strange, and trying to make a religion out of this is bonkers. it’s intriguing how certain ppl view lifespans and would do anything for anti-aging.

“If I end up looking like a marvel character, [after all this, then] all the better.” Lmao love his attitude.

Wasn’t a huge fan of this. I figured this doc would be more routine based, showing the ins and outs of everything he does. To be fair it kind of does, but not to the extent I was hoping. It was mainly based on his personal relationships and past experiences with media.

Guys a tool

Really fascinating look into Bryan Johnson who is obsessed with longevity. I’ve been following along for a while on Twitter/X so I enjoyed seeing this in more detail. Totally bizarre dude, but you’d expect eccentricities from someone with his obsession.

Review: pretty interesting and insightful. Bryan kinda has a weird relationship with his son but I guess that’s what happens when you live this lifestyle. Total puff piece but still fascinating to hear his rationale for his experiments.

Very interesting to see details after seeing him all over social media. Taking it to the extreme is pretty wild, however I do wish more people were interested in preventative medicine. Good watch!

Props to this guy sticking to this crazy plan. It was interesting when he would run us through his routine, but a lot of it was about getting people on board and his relationships. The interactions between him and his son were so awkward. However, this documentary had me lowkey worried about dying early
