saw someone say this movie is “diabolically inventive” and i am inclined to agree. one of the funniest satirical horror films i’ve ever seen, and the word iconic does not even do it justice. it is very well constructed, very funny, but not meant for everyone to understand.

How have I never watched this before??? This was BATSHIT in the best way. Meryl Streep has fantastic comedic timing in this, which is such a big change compared to most of her work. The writing was witty and the jokes were actually clever. Great film for the Halloween season 🎃

So cunty and witchy, I loveeee. The looks are stunning, Meryl and Goldie slayed. Very entertaining and unique watch, I enjoyed it thoroughly. Also my favorite look of all time for Bruce Willis! Ending was cute and funny.

I've been delaying writing this and the next few reviews for quite a while, but I watched this sometime in October.
I enjoyed 'Death Becomes Her.' I found it fun, campy, and gave off Halloween vibes. I really liked the dynamic between Madeline and Helen, their rivalry was essentially the heart of the film and I also like how Ernest was just a tool that furthered said rivalry; they didn’t care for him, they just wanted to use him to hurt one another. Overall I appreciated the vibes, not perfect, but not bad. Definitely a fun watch and perfect for the holiday 🎃!

One of my favorite Halloween-esq movies. It’s literally such a comfort movie to me. I love it so much and every time I watch it I pick up on something else. I will never get tired of this movie

Genuinely why does this have such a high rating?? I get that it’s nostalgic or whatever but it’s so bad. Nostalgia can only get you so far. Corny and the plot is really dumb

LOVE! Definitely a classic for me as is anything that Meryl Streep is in. Such a good movie and the comedy still has a great impact after so many years. 10/10⭐️ please go watch this movie if you haven’t already🫶🏻
