Better than I expected. The concept was pretty cool. Good action and a good pace.

Super entertaining when you wanna watch a “no brainer” movie that isn’t actually a B movie.

Daybreakers is a high-concept cocktail of Metropolis + vampirism + The Last Man on Earth, all set to Elvis Presley’s Burning Love song (you will know) How could I miss a movie starring Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, and Sam Neill? A deeply entertaining genre discovery.

Fantastic twist on the dystopia genre

A very dark and high concept vampire film. The only thing that hurt it was that it was trying to do so much, even though it landed most it. Really cool vampire makeup and effects. Always appreciate practical over CGI 8/10

Its like all the other movies that came out during this time, incredibly dark and horror adjacent

“Living in a world where vampires are the dominant species is about as safe as bare backing a 5 dollar whore” Goated line and goated movie. I had a great time with this!

pretty bad

What if Vampires ruled the Earth? What would society look like? Other than their version of a “cure”, it’s pretty much what you would expect from a Vampire film. Some good action and a bit of blood and gore, but a bit lackluster. Not terrible, but not great either.
