Almost the same movie as the original, but without the creepy camera and sound work. Felt way less intense but still entertaining. I liked that Sue’s character felt a little more complex in this one though.

Look I love Chloë Grace Moretz, but her as Carrie just doesn’t do it for me (I yearn for a book accurate Carrie). The movie itself was pretty good but I’m deducting points because of Ansel Elgort.

No hate, just too bland for my liking. Also, death by bucket is crazy work (maybe a little lazy writing..?), just isn’t that entertaining for me. No hate to anyone who loved it. Fr Carrie got her justice, as she should. Glad the revenge was executed.
