This was so good, genuinely, loved it. It was just such a serious yet fun movie, I usually wouldn't go for "serious," but wow, this was the perfect blend of everything, get it
Michel's twist was honestly not expected, AT ALL but the romance I did like, was cheering the whole time

5.5 - (2nd watch) For a movie with so many spicy story lines - an outcast world-class chef with a drug problem, a dead mentor, gang debts, heated rivalries, and multiple love triangles - it’s incredibly bland. It’s incredibly tropey, but non of the storylines get fully worked out, & there are no real stakes to hold the tension. There should be something here, but it’s thoroughly underbaked.

Le film met en place plein de possibilités de narration avec mentor mort, la drogue, ex copine, reece mais on va juste vers l’idée de la 3 eme étoile ce qui est un peu dommage je trouve.
