This film was basically a fever dream. I lost myself in it, being confused the whole time and that’s what makes this film brilliant. Tom hardy’s performance was brilliant and I’d recommend this to anyone. 10/10

It was entertaining, nothing more. Nice to look at, an easy movie to half watch.

It’s engaging in the same way as some childhood cartoon was 20 years ago. It’s nothing special though.

this film has the real magic. it’s very smart, it guides the viewer beautifully, and with one of the best actors of its generation, it portrays the life of a messed-up soul in a fucked-up society.

Was definitely a weird film to watch at 2-3 am but it was worth it. I’d say the acting was superb, especially from Tom Hardy but that doesn’t undermine the rest of the cast. I personally liked the change of direction when it came to the audience vs “real time” content because it made the film more immersive but it also threw me off when it comes to the movie as a whole. I was lost for the most part but that still kept me interested. I’m not sure if this film was 100% true to the story, but it was entertaining nonetheless.
