Breakfast at Tiffany's

Audrey Hepburn is the original manic pixie dream girl. Even though this is the most famous Hepburn movie, I’ve seen two lesser known ones before it (The Children’s Hour and My Fair Lady). The cat is my favorite character. Also all of the hats are quite the fashion statement.

The fact that it’s cute and is a classic are the only reasons this movie wasn’t just meh.

watching this felt like there may not have been a plot. But she started out trying to escape and only knowing independence all her life until this guy comes along. She finally realizes he shows her what it’s like to have a sense of desire and connection.
