Blood Father
Erin Moriarty & Mel Gibson had a good synergy throughout the film really speaking to fatherhood in a sense!

Blood Father
Blood Father (7.1/10) is a gritty, effective action thriller that marks a powerful comeback for Mel Gibson. Director Jean-François Richet crafts a lean, mean B-movie with a modern Western soul.
The film excels in its simplicity, focusing on the core relationship between a father (Gibson) and daughter (Erin Moriarty) while delivering tense action. Gibson delivers a raw, lived-in performance that feels authentic and meta.
Supporting performances from William H. Macy and the late Michael Parks add depth, while the cinematography captures the harsh beauty of the desert setting.
While the plot isn't original and the villains are underdeveloped, the film's gritty style and Gibson's performance make it a must-see for fans of pulpy action thrillers ⭐️
