Blade II

Absolute steaming hot pile of cycling action. I felt no need to connect to the characters as the development felt so weak and misdirected, other than that it was pretty.

better pacing and imo a more engaging and less repetitive plot than the first movie (both are good though)
there were some freaky/cool effects, especially the reapers, not all of them looked amazing though
i liked him teaming up with the other vampires

It’s just as good if not better than the first one! They did retcon an important scene but other than that it’s great!

A bit confusing plot-wise, but the connection that was made between the characters and Blade’s emotional intelligence comes across better and better; Blade is one of the best characters in the entire Marvel universe in terms of depth

How was this directed by Guillermo del Toro?! It was so bad lol
