Blade

I absolutely loved this movie. Although watching the special effects more than twenty years after they were made was a bit more humorous than amazing, they were still way ahead of their time. Wesley Snipes is a legend, and his performance was nothing less. A must see.

Blade is an entertainingly macabre and excitingly staged action horror, with a propulsive energy... a masterclass of style and swag, dripping with blood and flair, filled with iconic badassery to the brim. It's a f***ing blast!

Fun! Lotta stuff felt ripped right off a comic page, and Blade is perfectly cast to fit the classic hero archetype. There’s some mildly anti-capitalist theming going on here too which I will always love, plus the soundtrack bangs. Soooooo campy tho lmfaao

Honestly i can’t even watch the whole movie, but i understand if someone is liked it, but for me its like some of a parody

definitely one of my favorites of old marvel. the action is kinda one of a kind and cinematography is great. if nothing entertaining is happening there’s almost always a nice shot to look at. and the cgi where do I begin… it doesn’t get much better than that
