my jaw dropped at the plot twist at the end. literally DROPPED. This movie is literally beautiful like the aesthetic and the chemistry is just like top tier. Never hated anyone more than that little girl played by Saoirse.

was not expecting that ending. what a beautiful full circle to the title. perfect wording. it’s a very sad story in it’s entirety, but a damn good film. makes u question ur feelings of characters.

the deviation from chronological order portraying how much briony wishes she could go back as well as different perspectives is breathtaking. the score with the typewriting ticks woven in throughout the movie 12/10. james mcavoy deserves all the accolades and keira knightley was born to play in period pieces.

(could’ve gotten to the point a lil quicker a few times) 9/10

I’m a sucker for a period piece romance movie. This was beautiful and harrowing. The directing was 10/10

Franchement bien mais certains moments étaient très violent et la fin est triste pour robbie et cecelia.
L’intrigue est super, la petite est insupportable et franchement tout est très bien et les visuels sont super bien !!! Bref j’ai vraiment bien aimé

The friggin ending dog. Beautiful full circle in lieu of the title but my heart is shattered. GOD why was this the saddest thing ever? I feel like this is going to stick with me and ruin my life for the next 8 or 9 days at least

Un film magnifique. Chaque scène, même horrifiante, renfermait une certaine beauté. Le one-shot du campement était techniquement remarquable. Tellement de réflexions à faire sur ce film. Wow
