Army of the Dead Reviews

A bad/corny movie that I enjoyed. Plays out more like a video game than a film, but still fun enough to give it a go if you’re into zombies 🧟‍♂️

If it wasn't for the production value, I probably would have disliked this. I really don't like zombies, and I didn't like this for two reasons. One, because some of the visuals were scary in terms of apocalypse, which is a fear of mine, and two because it was almost nothing like zombies. Also, I didn't know Synder was such a big fan of the scarlet witch. The comedy or dialogue doesn't age well at all. It made me root for the zombies. Majority of the characters are unlikeable, but the cgi, sfx, makeup, design, and action sequences were very likeable.

It took me 20 min to realize that I’d seen this already. I don’t really care for zombie movies but I thought this was so fun. A zombie apocalypse, and a heist and it’s action packed! What’s not to love? Probably my favorite zombie movie to be honest. Dont understand the hate. 🤷🏻‍♀️

A zombie takeover in Las Vegas? Hell yeah. Animal zombies? Hell yeah. Smart zombies? Hell yeah.

It’s good I liked it!

Watched Army Of Thieves first and this movie just made me cry. There’s lots of suspense (and blood) and I love Dave Bautista’s role in this.

So I liked this BUT I "hated" two things:
1. Why didn't Chambers scream/tell the orhers that Bly's bodyguard betrayed her
2. Why did Scott wait so long to get in the heli WHEN HE KNEW the zombie was coming.
It's just so unlike Snyder to not think about continuity details🤷🏽‍♂️

Ngl the first half was kinda boring but i ended up really liking the rest which saved the movie for me! The acting from some of the actors wasn’t the best but it’s ok. Wouldn’t mind a sequel cuz boy do i have questions!!! 7.5/10

It’s an ok movie, not going to watch it again, probably wouldn’t watch a sequel.

Didn't really understand it, like army of thieves. And I kinda remember that this is like a "sequel" to that movie.

A 6.3. It’s a wild ride that’s worth watching for the spectacle alone, even if you’ll find yourself checking the clock halfway through.
