Men this was so hard to watch… it’s incredible how one man’s life could be surrounded by violence and war… such a sad story.

I think everyone should have to see this. Brent is right, it’s important not to hide the violence of war. Props to all the journalists willing to risk their lives to spread peace. Beautiful documentary

This is such a sad documentary. He has done so much and been a big part of war coverage. It’s a hard watch because they do show death and his body because they want to see what war does. So just mentally prepare yourself.

Powerful documentary

A great tribute to a brave journalist.

Ugh these doc nominations this year are killing me. 😭😭😭 This was really well done, gave us a glimpse into how much life this guy lived, the challenges he faced, and the good he tried to do. It also really shows how dangerous but important and unappreciated journalists’ jobs are.

It took a minute for me to really get invested and grasp what was happening, but when I did, this really hit me hard.

To be so brave as to go into the most dangerous spaces in the world with only a camera, and to do so in order to spread truth and share untold stories, is so incredibly honorable and powerful. The legacy Renaud has left can be shared thanks to the work of this documentary.
