This movies just awful!! I was excited to see it but it could not get me invested. It felt like it was a poorly done tv show. It never felt like you were in a movie. The characters were hollow, the music was loud the dialgoue was crap. Couldn't last longer than 30 minutes

The Irish accents are hard to forgive, and the narrative is subpar at best. Visually okay, but lacking.

A meditative approach to the historical epic. Oliver Stone here focuses on the psychology of the conquerer and his unstoppable drive to create a utopia throughout the world. Great performances by Anthony Hopkins and Angelina Jolie with a solid ensemble casting overall 8.5/10

I liked that the movie really sticked to the history though it really really dragged out, there were some questionable editing choices but I can tell there was so much love and thought put to this movie

Eh. I mean Angelina Jolie was great!

not quite sure how this didn't come together stronger but it was quite dull. that said some of the action was good and well represented the period.

Good, but too short and the battles are to short as well. Historically accuracy 7/10

Was not worth the 3 hours and 30 minutes at all. Casting was a hit for small roles, but a miss for big ones, especially Colin. I think all together I probably only enjoyed about 30 mins of this. The production was great, the costumes, cgi, locations, and afew fights. The directing was illegal, though. I hated the slow motion, stiff camera filters, and angles. Oh, and the score that completely eats itself clean to the bone. Gargantuan waste. I've already forgotten half of what Alexander might've done because of the time changes. Acting, script, and representation actively made me mad.
