Honorable Mentions were given to the first ever Oscar ceremony[1929] as to Best Director & Best Actress of 1927!!

This one was definitely not it for me. The music felt less like early synchronized sound and more like a generic jazzy background song on repeat, and the plot felt more like a dry run for Wings.

Liked the original play more, felt like the changes they made makes the movie feel a bit blander
