2001: A Space Odyssey

Bro idk what the fuck I just watched but it was dank as hell

It was just so long and drawn out. I’m sure for its time it was incredible but I almost fell asleep from all the silence

this movie is so far ahead of its time and really prophetic almost - the ending totally caught me off guard and seemed like super disconnected from the rest of the plot - visually one of the best movies i’ve ever seen especially considering how old it is - goat sci-fi film

Very slow burn, but is filmed beautifully each shot is full of detail and is done beautifully too bad the pacing couldn’t be as vibrant
