20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Reviews

My expectations were low so I was very pleasantly surprised, I’m not sure if it needed to be that long or if it just felt slow at some parts

Walt Disney's production of 20000 Leagues under the Sea is very special kind of picture, combining photographic ingenuity, imaginative story telling and fiscal daring.

Amazing and ahead of its time

the cinematics and visuals are actually surprisingly really good for when the movie was made

the ocean scenes were very good and honestly when cgi and green screens were used, in some parts it wasn't massively obvious so i'm pretty surprised. but it dragged a LOT.

What a classic. A must watch.

My favorite book when i was a kid !!! ❤️

Read this book as a kid, seems about accurate enough if I remember right. The knowledge and power of man has indeed long eclipsed our wisdom to wield it. Good squid animatronic too.

A good watch. Feels slow at moments, but overall enjoyable. Esmerelda is definitely the star.
