Imo they tried so hard yet not at all. There’s great special effects & it mimics the vibe of ghost hunter shows & what not but there’s something unserious about John Cusack in this role which is probably intentional but his smugness bothers me… plus he also looks like Shane Madej

Great psychological thriller movie with wonderful performances and fun mind bending sequences.

Non spoiler PSA: Make sure you watch the theatrical cut. The directors cut ending is garbage.

This movie is such a classic. You literally won’t know what to expect, it’s full of suspense and it will have you questioning absolutely everything. It’s a bit confusing but definitely worth the watch once you figure out the twists. Loved it!

This movie can be summarized as “Brilliant setup, aweful execution”. As soon as the room was shown the movie’s writing quality nose dived.

Good movie. Apparently there are three endings, so it depends on what version you watch. At the time of writing it's fully on YouTube and I did like that enging! Great movie, not really scary though.

Directors Cut: What a phenomenal fucking movie. The director is a genius for his storytelling abilities. The thrilling plot was from start to finish straight up perfection. And the acting, don’t even get me started on it. Absolutely incredible mind blowing performance… 10/10

This is just such a perfect movie for a literally bone chilling experience. This movie really does play with the internal material of your brain in such an unavoidable way. A Gem.
