Imo they tried so hard yet not at all. There’s great special effects & it mimics the vibe of ghost hunter shows & what not but there’s something unserious about John Cusack in this role which is probably intentional but his smugness bothers me… plus he also looks like Shane Madej

Great psychological thriller movie with wonderful performances and fun mind bending sequences.

Non spoiler PSA: Make sure you watch the theatrical cut. The directors cut ending is garbage.

Good psych thriller. John Cusack is great. It’s quite similar to being stuck in a very bad dream with layers upon layers to awake from to come back to reality.
