Who would have thought that what I exactly needed this week was a Sherlock & Moriarty team up?

A good first season. The twists were predictable but were delivered with grace and very entertaining. Wouldn’t mind a season 2. I am curious to see where this series goes.

I would usually turn my nose up at a show set in the 1800s, but the moment I discovered this series was in development with Hero Fiennes Tiffin cast as Sherlock Holmes, it became an instant must-watch for me. As it turns out, it was a truly sensational experience. Fiennes Tiffin was phenomenal as the titular lead, delivering exactly the kind of magnetic performance I’d hoped for, and the wider cast was equally impressive, with every actor inhabiting their character to perfection.

The narrative of the first season was impressively complex and layered with twists, each of which was revealed with satisfying precision. Beyond the writing, the production value was extraordinary; the art style, direction, and authentic locations—right down to the set dressing and costumes—were absolutely spot on.

I found myself particularly hooked from the fifth episode onward, as the action and suspense shifted into a higher gear and never once let up. The season finale was incredibly intriguing and clearly laid the groundwork for a second chapter, which I sincerely hope is confirmed in due course.

It is an utterly brilliant piece of television, expertly crafted by everyone involved in the production. 10/10, a must watch!

Didn’t expect it to he this good, despite it showing an unconventional side of Sherlock, never seen before. Keeps you intrigued, lot of future foreshadowing and a good watch

Fantastic series. It’s been a long time since a show had me this hooked I binge watched the entire thing in one go. I definitely need a second season. Hero Fiennes Tiffin was absolutely outstanding. The storyline was truly engaging.
