Young Justice

Loved it but the one thing I will never forgive is them killing off our man Wally I was sobbing and so hoping for him to come back and I mean the third season was okay and season 1 and 2 was well written and did well but the other two seasons was okay I’m still in denial about it

I’m giving it a “like” because it fell off at the end, and not just last couple episodes, I’m talking about season 5 and 4 (arguably 3 as well). You could see that unnecessary stuff was getting forced on (not only…some stuff but characters as well) and that just ruined it.

This review will probably (not) change as it appears Young Justice is in “season 5 limbo”
But the show is actually really good. Despite the complexity of the season plot lines, everything makes sense in the end. (1/x)

Really liked this show as a kid so I decided to rewatch it. The original 2 seasons were great, about how I remembered them, but the 2 newer seasons were a bit of a hit or miss.

They started out very intense, which surprised me, it made me question if I was watching Young Justice or Invincible to be honest… The 3rd season was very all over the place too and it didn’t feel like there was much story development at all, just ”stuff happening”.

The 4th season was better and I got very hopeful early on. However as it went on it got worse and the episodes started bringing up random off topic things constantly which took up half of episodes and lead to no story development. It felt so out of the blue and just put the entire story on hold for no reason. There was definitely a lot of good in this season, it’s just a shame they had to hold it back from being perfect…

Overall I still like this show, I had just hoped that the 2 newer seasons would live up to my expectations a bit more.
