X-Men '97

Disappointed, thought this would be x rated

The animation is beautiful and the episodes are very well written it may have a slow start but once you get to episode 5 it is top tier the only complaint is there isn’t more also I loved nightcrawler and magneto. This is the greatest comic book adaption ever 9.7/10

If you're even the tiniest bit of uninterested, you have to watch this. The character designs, animation, stories, editing, and soundtrack were incredible. I've always been a huge fan of X-Men more than anything in Marvel, and this just intensifies it. Episode 5 was when I knew this was amazing. I can't wait for more of it. It took me a bit to get locked in, but once I was locked in, I was LOCKED in. I also liked how complex things got, whether it was generic or not. It widened the target audience. The complexity as well as the emotion, from despair and serenity to affairs and anxiety.

9/10 wish there was more. Fantastic animated series. Animation gave it a 90s feeling but still looks incredible. Theme song & intro are perfect 👌

I’m not a huge fan of the animation personally but the plota nd story did keep me hooked and I thoroughly enjoyed it

So much better than I thought it would be. Some of the best xmen story telling
