Incredibly well done with amazing footage. Well edited and linear storytelling to help you understand the timeline of pre-war to the end. Prob my fav WW2 doc I’ve seen

This series was very good. There is so much footage I don’t understand how they got it all. I learned so much about WWII and you get to see how brutal it really was. Just insane to me that this stuff actually happened. Wow

There’s some crazy footage on here that they have edited to great quality. Feels like you are watching ww2 in 4k. Good linear story telling too of wwII. Highly recommend

This is phenomenal. Not only is the footage spectacular, but the commentary by participants makes it even more compelling. What painstaking work it must have been to produce this! I wish all students in the US could see this - it is incredibly educational.

What a beautiful tribute to such a terrible time in history. It’s amazing to see all the footage they managed to uncover and collect. The whole team did a fantastic job giving us this window into history. Enjoyed all the interviews too. Still some lessons in here to be learned.

Some interesting archival footage but not a particularly coherent or interesting docuseries

This is a brutal account of the reality of war, and when a dictator of a country with uncontrolled power is able to kill millions of people. It’s a reality we face today and we learn anything from history. It can repeat itself if we remain silent.
